What you will add:

The Benefits and Payroll Manager will establish strong partnership relationships with employees at all levels of the organization and will effectively communicate and execute necessary changes to policies and procedures. They will ensure that all benefits programs adhere to current regulations and support the organization's strategic objectives. They will also ensure legal compliance of benefit programs, plan documents, reporting and disclosure.

The ideal candidate will be well-practiced in research, designing and delivering market-competitive benefit programs that provide a superior employee experience. They will achieve active relationship management with all external consultants, insurance providers and outsourcing service partners to ensure operational and customer service excellence.

The Benefits and Payroll Manager will deliver accurate and timely processing of the Company's payroll in accordance with federal, state and local regulations and legislative compliance requirements. They will develop and implement short-term and long-term payroll strategies, including implementing solutions that will make our payroll process more efficient, and will ultimately be the go-to person for the business partners for anything benefits and payroll operations.

 

Who you are:

  • A minimum of 8+ years combined experience working in the field in benefits and payroll
  • Subject matter expert in payroll processing and compliance, both domestic and international
  • Experience in leading payroll system implementation
  • Consistent delivery of annual enrollment systems and programs
  • Proven record of being the “go to person” for all things benefits
  • Detailed oriented in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing
  • Customer service oriented to ensure employees' concerns are addressed timely
  • Values being present to support the company and employees, open to onsite 3 days a week
