The Person: 

We are currently looking for a Team Leader (Production) who can be a part of our Content Operations team with proven experience and knowledge. This person should be comfortable with working in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment and show great initiative and ownership for taking on new roles and responsibilities. Please note that this Team Leader Profile not only includes managing the team, but the person also will be required to perform the Production task as an Individual contributor. 

 

The Job: 

  • Hands on experience with working on Data and eye for detail. 
  • Preparing Program Planners and working on Portal. 
  • Knowledge of working on web-based tools and applications. 
  • Multi-tasking and ability to perform under pressure. 
  • Quality driven and SLA driven. 
  • Ability to handle a small team size of 3-4 FTE’s. 
  • Team handling as well as an Individual contributor. 
  • Learn new technologies/processes and imparting same to the team. 
  • Take responsibility for the tasks assigned and drive them within the TAT. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Team building activities, managing and keeping the team motivated, managing attrition.  
  • Able to Coordinate with the US team if required. 
  • Working on MS Office, Excel and preparing the desired reports/templates.  

 

What you will need: 

  • Any Graduate/Postgraduate 
  • Between 5 years to 8 years' experience from US Back-office Operations/KPO/BPO background, E-Learning Industry. 
  • Should be currently working as a Team Leader on papers and should be in this role for a min of 1 year (Mandatory requirement). 
  • Should currently have at least 3-4 direct reportees under him. 
  • Hands on experience with working on Data and eye for detail. 
  • Should have Basic Excel skills and MS Office knowledge. 
  • Experience in working on web-based systems/applications.  
  • Should be able to multitask. 
  • Good communication skills  
  • Ability to learn things quickly.  
  • Able to learn new technologies and impart the same to the team. 
  • Proven experience in US back-office Operations.  
  • Open to work in mid shift 3 pm – 12 pm IST.
