I’m excited to share important news about the future of Elevate K-12.

Elevate K-12 is officially joining forces with Fullmind Learning to expand our shared mission of ensuring every student has access to high-quality, certified teachers. Moving forward, the combined organization will operate under the leadership of Ysiad Ferreiras, the current CEO of Fullmind. I will support him and his team to bring two mission-driven teams committed to solving real staffing challenges with real instructional expertise. You can read more details of our announcement here.

What does this mean for you?

First, you will get access to expanded capacity. Together, we can serve more subjects, more student populations, and more flexible use cases across core, Special Education, ELL, supplemental, and enrichment programs. You’ll have access to a broader bench of certified teachers and solutions designed to meet evolving district needs.

Second, we will offer increased stability and scale. By combining resources and infrastructure, we are strengthening the long-term sustainability of the LIVE teaching model you rely on and creating opportunities to further enhance teacher quality, coaching, technology integration, and program support.

Third, you can rely on our continued partnership. Both Elevate and Fullmind believe virtual instruction should feel like a true extension of your schools. Our commitment to aligned curriculum, seamless district integration, certified teachers, and measurable student outcomes remains unchanged.

What will not change is the consistency you’ve grown to trust. Through the rest of the school year, your programs, teachers, points of contact, and day-to-day support will remain steady as we move through a thoughtful integration process. Students will continue to experience engaging, synchronous instruction that looks and feels like every other classroom. In the next weeks and months, we will also be engaging with you to start planning for the next school year.

We bring together a larger network of state-certified educators, a broader range of services, and two proven operating models that complement each other in ways that genuinely matter for students. Fullmind’s expertise in homebound instruction, special education, and summer programming. Elevate’s embedded on-site support and district operations experience. Together, we cover the full picture.

That said, scale needs to make us better, not just bigger. That is the standard we are holding ourselves to as we build this combined company.

In a market where virtual education providers have come and gone, we have made a deliberate choice to build differently. Operationally sound. Answerable to our customers, not to short-term pressures. The stability Fullmind has always stood gets stronger with this joining of two organizations.
