Meeting This Moment in Education
Across the country, school and district leaders are navigating one of the most complex educational landscapes in recent memory. From persistent staffing shortages to rising instructional needs and now added uncertainty stemming from sweeping federal policy shifts, there’s no shortage of pressure on those working to ensure students get the education they deserve.
The goals remain consistent: staff classrooms with certified teachers, stay in compliance, and support meaningful student growth. But achieving those goals is becoming harder—especially as teacher pipelines shrink, policy landscapes shift, and the demands on schools continue to evolve.
At Elevate K-12, we’ve always believed districts deserve reliable, long-term solutions that ensure students always receive high-quality instruction. Our LIVE teaching model enables US-based, certified virtual teachers to deliver real-time, engaging instruction in classrooms using livestream technology, mirroring the experience of traditional in-person teaching. Whether districts need to address persistent vacancies or expand academic offerings, LIVE teaching provides the consistency and instructional quality students need to thrive.
For the 2025–2026 school year, we’re building on that foundation. Our newest offerings and enhancements were designed to not just fill vacancies, but to expand support for diverse learners, offer greater flexibility for districts, and bring confidence and clarity to complex compliance needs.
Here’s what’s new and what’s next from Elevate K-12.
Greater Control to Ensure Alignment and Compliance
Every district has its own systems, structures, and expectations. At Elevate K-12, we know that maintaining control over instruction, curriculum, and compliance is non-negotiable. That’s why we’ve expanded our integration and support options—so you can make Elevate an extension of your existing systems, not an exception to them.
By aligning LIVE instruction with your approved tools, curriculum, and processes, Elevate helps ensure you stay in control of what matters most: instructional quality, compliance, and student outcomes.
District Integration: Operate Within Your Vetted Systems

Districts asked for more control, clearer alignment, and less lift. We listened.
For 2025–2026, we’ve enhanced our integration options to make it even easier to fully embed LIVE teaching into your systems, workflows, and day-to-day operations. These integrations allow Elevate to function as a true extension of your schools—working within the same trusted platforms your brick-and-mortar teams already use and have vetted for compliance.
Available at no additional cost, integrations include:
- Rostering & SSO to reduce setup time and simplify classroom access
- Content & LMS to align instruction with your district’s adopted curriculum, pacing, and platforms
- SIS/Gradebook to keep student records accurate and up to date
- Caregiver Communications through your SIS or LMS to build trust and keep families in the loop
All integrations are optional. Choose what fits your district, and our team will support the setup to ensure a smooth and consistent classroom experience from day one.
Add-Ons: Custom Support to Maximize Impact
We’ve also expanded our menu of add-on services based on direct feedback from districts. These offerings help schools extend the impact of LIVE instruction and tailor it to meet local needs.
- Student Office Hours: Personalized academic support outside of class. Helps students stay confident, engaged, and on track—without adding to your staff’s plate.
- District Planning Sessions: Invite Elevate teachers to participate in professional development and planning sessions. This can be used to add hours beyond the 4 included with district integration, or to enable planning time for districts without integration. Build shared goals and ensure LIVE instruction stays aligned with district priorities.
- Teacher Collaboration: Schedule regular meetings between Elevate teachers and onsite staff, including Classroom Coaches and coordinators. Strengthen communications and ensure everyone is working together to support student progress. (Included in all Special Education programs.)
- Weekly Otus Gradebook Export: Save time and reduce manual work with automated grade exports. Keep student records up to date and give your team real-time visibility into progress.
These add-ons are fully customizable and available as part of a flexible support model designed to meet your district where it is—and help you go further.
New Academic Offerings for 2025–2026

This school year, we’re introducing two new academic product lines designed to give districts greater flexibility, access, and instructional depth. Both offerings were built in direct response to needs we heard from district leaders: more support for multilingual learners, more options for student engagement, and more ways to bring quality instruction into hard-to-staff classrooms.
ELL LIVE: Supporting Academic Success for Multilingual Learners
Across the country, districts are facing increased pressure to meet the needs of a growing multilingual learner population, while struggling to find certified ESL teachers who can support both academic success and language development. ELL LIVE was built to help solve this challenge.
With ELL LIVE, students receive real-time core content instruction delivered by ESL-certified teachers who specialize in sheltered instruction strategies. These educators are trained to deliver accessible, standards-aligned core content instruction that also help students develop their English language skills.
Whether your district is looking to stay in compliance, increase language support in content-area classrooms, or offer a more consistent experience for English learners, ELL LIVE is designed to meet those needs. This isn’t just about meeting mandates. It’s about ensuring every student has access to a certified, high-quality teacher who knows how to help them succeed.
Enrichment LIVE: Expanding Learning Opportunities Beyond the Core
Today’s students want more than just core subjects. They’re eager to explore high-interest topics, prepare for their futures, and engage in learning that reflects their passions. But staffing for courses like financial literacy, coding, or test prep isn’t always possible. That’s where Enrichment LIVE comes in.
Enrichment LIVE gives districts a way to offer a wider range of engaging, non-credit-bearing courses. These classes are taught by certified, subject-specific teachers and can be offered during or after school. Whether your goal is to create more opportunities for advanced learners, offer career exploration, or keep students motivated and engaged, Enrichment LIVE gives you the flexibility to make it happen. Check out our growing list of engaging courses that are designed to spark curiosity and deepen learning.
Enhancements to Existing Academic Programs

As we continue to grow alongside our district partners, we’ve refined and expanded several of our existing offerings to better support diverse learning needs. These updates are designed to strengthen instructional consistency, improve student outcomes, and give districts more flexibility in how they serve students—especially in specialized areas where certified staff can be hard to find.
Special Education LIVE: More Tailored Support for Students with IEPs
This year, we’re introducing two distinct service models within our Special Education LIVE offering: Self-Contained Core and Resource Room. These formats better align with how districts deliver services to students with IEPs.
- Self-Contained Core is designed for students who receive the majority of their core instruction in a separate setting. These small-group, credit-bearing classes are taught by certified special education teachers who deliver grade-level content while meeting IEP goals and accommodations.
- Resource Room offers targeted support for students who benefit from additional instruction outside their general education classrooms. These small-group sessions can be scheduled as pull-out support or dedicated intervention blocks, reinforcing key concepts and helping students make meaningful academic progress.
Both models are built to ensure instructional quality and compliance, while giving districts the flexibility to provide the right level of support based on each student’s needs.
Tier 1 LIVE: Expanding Access for Gifted and Talented Students
Tier 1 LIVE still offers real-time, whole-class instruction from U.S.-certified teachers in credit-bearing subjects like Math, ELA, Science, Social Studies, and World Languages. What’s new for school year 2025–2026 is the addition of a Gifted/Talented track—built to serve high-achieving students who need an extra level of challenge.
These courses offer advanced instruction in core subjects led by certified teachers with experience supporting gifted learners. If your team hasn’t had the capacity to offer accelerated learning, these courses make it possible to give high-achieving students the challenge they need without requiring additional staff or new internal programs.
A Smarter Way to Manage and Monitor Your Elevate Programs
This spring, we’re launching a brand-new School & District Portal built to make managing your Elevate programs easier, faster, and more transparent. From planning and purchasing to monitoring performance and selecting your preferred teachers, this centralized hub gives your team more control at every step.
Smarter Tools for Seamless Oversight

With the new portal, your team can:
- Explore recommended courses and customize class plans
- View contract details, including budget remaining and total value
- Digitally review and sign agreements
- Share key materials and documents to kick off implementation
- Access real-time dashboards to track usage and performance
Everything you need to manage your Elevate programs—accessible in one place, whenever you need it.
NEW: Teacher Selection

Our new Teacher Selection tool is designed to give districts more voice and flexibility when it comes to assigning Elevate teachers. Through the School & District Portal, you can star your favorite teachers who are currently teaching in your schools to request them for next year. This helps provide consistency for your students and ensures smoother transitions from year to year.
You also have the option to block teachers you prefer not to return, helping ensure the right fit for your classrooms. Want more context before a new teacher joins your team? You’ll be able to view detailed teacher profiles and even request interviews with potential new educators before placements are finalized.
Availability depends on schedules and demand, so the sooner you submit your preferences and schedules, the better your chances of securing your top picks.
Strategic Partnerships That Strengthen Instruction and Support
As we continue evolving to meet the needs of today’s schools, we’re excited to spotlight three key partnerships that enhance the Elevate experience for students, teachers, and districts alike. These collaborations bring together best-in-class platforms and services that elevate instruction, streamline classroom support, and drive stronger outcomes.
Nearpod: Driving Engagement and Supporting Student Growth
Starting in the 2025–2026 school year, all Elevate teachers will have access to Nearpod’s interactive teaching platform. With tools like real-time quizzes, collaboration boards, and a library of 22,000+ standards-aligned lessons, Nearpod helps make every class more dynamic and engaging.
This partnership enhances our content delivery and supports stronger student outcomes, especially for multilingual learners and students with IEPs. It also reduces the time teachers spend planning—making it easier to stay focused on student needs. We’ll also be expanding our course catalogue with new offerings powered by Nearpod content, like Financial Literacy and Keyboarding available through Enrichment LIVE.
CodeHS: Expanding Access to Digital Skills and Interest-Driven Learning
Through our partnership with CodeHS, students can build essential digital skills in areas like coding, computer science, and web design. These hands-on, interest-driven courses not only prepare students for college and careers—they also boost motivation, reduce boredom, and improve engagement and academic performance.
For districts without the staff or capacity to offer these electives in-house, Elevate makes it possible to bring them into the classroom through Enrichment LIVE. For this upcoming school year, we’re expanding our CodeHS-powered offerings even further, giving more students the opportunity to explore new skills and stay connected to their learning.
Kelly Education: Seamless In-Class Support from Trusted Paraprofessionals
Through our partnership with Kelly Education, districts can now pair Elevate’s certified virtual teachers with Kelly’s network of highly trained paraprofessionals. This collaboration makes it easier than ever to ensure every classroom has both an expert instructor and consistent, in-person support. By working together, Elevate and Kelly provide a full-circle staffing solution that enhances student experience without straining your existing team.
These partnerships are all about amplifying the impact of LIVE instruction—ensuring teachers are well-supported, students stay engaged, and districts have access to the tools and talent they need to succeed.
