Senior Operations Associate (L2)

Elevate K-12 is a Series C funded, rapid growth stage start-up focused on solving the crisis-level teacher shortage in US K-12 schools changing the way classrooms work live, virtual instruction that gives students access to high quality, certified teachers who help them prepare for the world of the future! For our teacher community, we open new work opportunities proprietary platform and curriculum, enabling them to deliver live remote instruction across multiple subjects in elementary, middle, and high schools across the US. Position Overview: 

We are currently looking for an Sr. Executive Operations who can be a part of our Operations team with proven experience and knowledge in US back office Operations. This person should be comfortable with working in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment and show great initiative and ownership for taking on new roles and responsibilities. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Work with instructors based in the US and assign them classes based on requirements. 
  • Monitor sessions to ensure instructors are present in assigned classes. 
  • Respond to communication over emails and chats. Occasionally, telephonic conversations maybe required. 
  • Build and update reports based on requirements. 
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks and processes based on requirements. 

 Qualifications: 

  • Any Graduate/Post Graduate 
  • Between 4 year to 6 years experience from MIS/Operations/KPO/BPO background 
  • Should have advanced Excel skills and MIS knowledge 
  • Should have proven experience in Data Management 
  • Experience in troubleshooting web-based systems/applications, experience in diagnosing the system logs 
  • Should have hands on experience in advanced excel 
  • Should be able to handle multiple responsibilities 
  • Should have good communication skills 
  • Experience in US back office Operations 
  • Experience in creating reporting dashboards is a HUGE plus 
  • Should be flexible with rotational shift
  • Can work under minimal supervision 
  • Ability to think and act under pressure 
  • Can think of solutions and implement them
